To view the Tickets, the replies provided by Aruba and to update the problem or complaint you must go to the Ticket section and select the “View Tickets” option.
You can then:
- See the Tickets that are open, check their status and, by clicking on the subject of the Ticket, see the details and the replies provided by Aruba;
- Update a Ticket which is still being dealt with by the Staff members of Aruba;
- Reopen a Ticket that was already closed by Aruba;
- Search specific Tickets by using the Ticket ID;
N.B. The support service via Ticket is completely free of charge, therefore you will not be charged any additional cost for opening or updating requests.
