What you can do on the Aruba Support website

From the new Support website after login, you can:

  • View most recent articles published in the Guides and Useful information section
  • View Notices and News concerning Aruba.
  • Open a new support ticket free of charge by logging into the “New Request” Area;
  • View the history of the requests 
  • Use Changes and Modifications area for problems regarding details changes and modifications (ex. Change of billing details, change of service registrant etc) 
  • Send advices, proposals and feedback relevant to Aruba services
